With over two decades of experience in enterprise software, project delivery, and leadership, Anuj Kumar Gupta serves as Chief Operating Officer and Product Leader – Structures at VAVETEK AI, a construction technology company developing intelligent solutions for the AEC industry.
As COO, Anuj works closely with the CEO, CSO, and wider team to drive seamless execution across product development, testing and releases, strategic partner and reseller onboarding, and key legal, financial, and administrative operations. His focus is on building a strong operational foundation that enables VAVETEK AI to scale efficiently while keeping innovation at the core.
As Product Leader – Structures, Anuj leads the development of VAVETEK AI’s upcoming suite of intelligent solutions for structural engineering. His focus is on bringing automation and AI-driven insights into structural design workflows to help engineering firms reduce rework, improve efficiency, and optimize designs and costs.
His expertise spans enterprise software, supply chain, retail, healthcare, data analytics, and large-scale Business Intelligence, data warehousing, and reporting solutions. Throughout his career, he has worked extensively with Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices while leading cross-functional teams and managing customers and stakeholders. He brings together technical expertise, operational leadership, and product ownership to develop scalable solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
