With over two decades of experience in enterprise software, project delivery, and leadership, Anuj Kumar Gupta is now driving the next chapter of his journey as Chief Operating Officer and Product Leader – Structures at Vavetek AI, an AI startup in Construction Technology.
In his role as COO, Anuj works closely with the CEO, CSO, and the entire team to ensure seamless execution across product development, testing and release processes, onboarding strategic partners and resellers, and supporting legal, accounts, and administrative operations. His focus is to create an operational foundation that enables the company to scale rapidly while maintaining innovation at the core.
As Product Leader – Structures, Anuj is leading the upcoming suite of AI Copilots for the Structures division. His aim is to bring intelligent automation and AI-driven insights to structural engineering workflows, helping firms reduce rework and optimize designs and cost.
His domain expertise spans supply chain, retail, and healthcare; data analytics; and large-scale Business Intelligence data warehousing and reporting solutions. Throughout his career, he has specialized in Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices, leading cross-functional teams and handling customers and stakeholders. He brings a combination of technical expertise, operational leadership, and product design ownership to create scalable solutions that deliver tangible business outcomes.
