His advisory input across BIM/MEP Coordination, Structural Engineering, and supports expansion into planned domains – Air Conditioning Engineering and Facade Engineering ensuring our AI copilots are aligned with market needs.

As CTO at Construction at Tvasta, he leads engineering design, drives R&D, technology innovation and supports international expansion across Tvasta’s products and projects.

As Director of Business Development at Bentley Systems, he was leading pan-India growth for Bentley’s construction solutions. He owned revenue targets, managed end-to-end sales cycles, and led teams to adopt and scale digital workflows.

Kalyan was Co-Founder & CEO at Nadhi Information Technologies, where he led corporate strategy, envisioning solutions, and business growth. In parallel, he delivered hands-on impact as a Lean Construction Consultant implementing lean processes at project sites and completing 20+ engagements with leading owners and EPC contractors across India.

Kalyan holds an M.S. in Structural Engineering from Cornell University and a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from IIT Madras. His domain and commercialization experience adds strong momentum to our mission of building AI Copilots to optimize design and save cost of construction.
