At VAVETEK AI, he provides strategic guidance across BIM and MEP Coordination, Structural Engineering, and planned domains including Air Conditioning Engineering and Facade Engineering, helping align the company’s AI-powered design and engineering solutions with real-world market needs. He currently serves as CTO at Tvasta, where he leads engineering design, R&D, technology innovation, and international expansion.

Previously, as Director of Business Development at Bentley Systems, he led pan-India growth for construction solutions, managing revenue targets, sales cycles, and the adoption of digital engineering workflows. Kalyan was also Co-Founder and CEO of Nadhi Information Technologies, where he drove corporate strategy, solution development, and business growth while completing more than 20 lean construction consulting engagements with leading owners and EPC contractors across India.

He holds an M.S. in Structural Engineering from Cornell University and a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from IIT Madras. At VAVETEK AI, Kalyan Vaidyanathan also contributes to strategic partnerships, industry and investor engagement, and market expansion, strengthening the company’s mission to develop intelligent engineering solutions that optimize design and reduce construction costs.
